Mack Transit is an Associate in the valuation and advisory services practice at Teknos, where he brings experience in valuations, finance, and entrepreneurship to the team.
Before joining Teknos, Mack worked as a Valuations Analyst at Carta, where he delivered hundreds of valuation reports in accordance with ASC 718 and IRC 409A. His experience also includes working across various finance and treasury roles at the tier-one automotive supplier Lear Corporation, which included a role in the Global Forex Risk Management team.
Mack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kettering University.
